Yes. The basic Chuffty mobile APP (free) securely holds all your data entirely offline, on-device, no internet or Wi-Fi needed.
You do need an internet or Wi-Fi connection if you want Daily Check-Ins.
You do need an internet or Wi-Fi connection if using Home Sensors.
If you do not have home intenert or your internet signal is not stable, you can add a dedicated Cell/SIM connection to the Sensor Hub.

How does the daily wellness check-in notify emergency contacts? +

A designated reminder prompts you at your set time.
A reminder is sent 15 minutes later if you have not checked-in or motion is not detected.
If an activity is still not logged (or motion not dedected) within another 15 minutes, your nominated contact is send both an email and an SMS alert.

How much does the SMS Daily Reminder & Carer Portal cost? +

The basic APP, with no Daily Check-In is free $0
For Daily Check-In (including Portal access) the subscription is AU$4.99 per month with a 14-day free trial (no credit card needed for the trial).
If you choose to include room sensors, then the subscription is $24.99 per month (includes the APP and Portal).
You can source your own (Zigbee 3) sensors and hub to get the best price in your location.

Who can see my Activity dashboard (Portal)? +

You have access to your own Portal Page (Dashboard) from the APP.
You can share your Dashboard (View Only) with nomintaed people like family members, carers, GP and health workers.
They will need to setup a CHUFFTY Account.

Can I export a report of my Activities? +

Yes, the APP allows you to export your last 30days activities as a PDF which you can share with others.
The portal allows more advanced reporting.

Can I send requests to my Support At Home Provider? +

Yes, the APP allows you to create a Support Request and email it to your preferred Support At Home provider.

Does Chuffty use cameras? +

No. Chuffty uses voluntary daily check-ins and optional motion and power-plug sensors.
There is also an optional room temperature sensor.
